Our Official Housing Bureau
MCI Convention Services is the official housing bureau of the HRSouthwest Conference. Be aware of “housing poachers” who represent themselves as our partner and offer “deals” on conference hotel accommodations.
Who are Housing Poachers?
Housing poachers are companies that pose as our official housing bureau and contact you by phone or email to offer you a "deal" on your conference hotel accommodations. While some of these offers may look like the real thing and sound appealing, the companies typically require non-refundable prepaid reservations. Be aware that MCI Convention Services cannot assist with these registrations pre-event or on-site once you have booked your stay.

Getting To Fort Worth
The nearest airport to Fort Worth is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), 20.3 miles away. Another nearby airport is Dallas Love Field (DAL), which is 28.7 miles away. Take an Uber or a taxi from either to reach downtown Fort Worth.
