LeAnne Lagasse, SHRM-SCP

LeAnne Lagasse equips leaders to build healthier, higher-performing organizations where people thrive and teams deliver stronger results. As an author, speaker, HR consultant, and executive coach, she helps organizations strengthen communication, build trust, improve engagement and retention, and develop more effective people leaders.

Her book, The Congruent Leader, guides leaders in closing the gap between intention and impact by cultivating self-awareness and humility. Blending research, real-world experience, and practical tools, LeAnne challenges leaders to look honestly at how they lead, how others experience them, and how their daily choices shape the workplace around them. 

LeAnne is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. She also teaches professional communication courses to MBA students as adjunct faculty at Missouri State University. 

Before fully transitioning to speaking, consulting, and coaching, she spent 14 years as a faculty member in the College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University. Based in Lubbock, Texas. LeAnne shares life with her husband, Ben, their three kids, and two pet prairie dogs.
