The Drew Young Student Scholarship honors a legacy of commitment to the HR profession by investing directly in its next generation. Established to support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in human resource management, the scholarship reflects HRSouthwest's ongoing dedication to developing tomorrow's HR leaders.
Each year, one deserving student is selected to receive a $2,000 award, paid directly to their school, along with a complimentary HRSouthwest Conference Experience—giving them not just financial support, but a front-row seat to the ideas, connections, and professional development that define our industry.
